Providing an opportunity to have a partner to talk and work with or an opportunity to have a Compensation VP/Director in use without a need to recruit one.”

Sampo has 20 years of experience in developing global performance and reward practices from Ruukki, Metso and Kesko. Sampo also has years of experience from Deloitte and Hay Group consulting Finnish and Global enterprises.
