Scott Baker is a seasoned Reward professional with a background at DOJO, ASOS, BBC, EMI Music, and Virgin, plus consulting roles with Tesla, Octopus Energy, Pleo, ARM, and more. His expertise spans reward strategy, Executive pay, job evaluation, gender pay gap reporting and employee benefit strategy.

Anna Baker is a Culture & Sustainability Consultant with senior experience at JP Morgan, Seven Investment Management, and Cofunds. She helps purpose-driven teams embed culture and sustainability into their businesses, focusing on leadership development, supporting people strategy (including reward) and systems-led change.
